Mix all ingredients together, excluding the ginger beer and shake. Filter and pour into a glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Enjoy!

Syrup : Combine 500g of sugar with 500ml of water in a pot over medium to low heat. Stir occasionally until sugar has dissolved then add 4 clementines in half along with 4 star anise and 5 cloves. Let simmer for 30-45 minutes. With tongs remove clementines, while squeezing out the juice, then remove star anise and clove. Let cool and filter through a strainer.
