This is our second whisky in a series of small batch releases. A triple cask, four year single grain whisky made of local Quebec corn. Matured in new American white oak and finished with a combination of ex rye and Sauternes casks. No added colour and non-chill filtered. Sold out at the distillery, available at the SAQ in January 2021.

Dry with hints of caramelized banana
Warm rounded mouthfeel with hints of spice adding to its complexity. Undertones of toasted bread and a finish of flint and citrus
An incredible single grain whisky with carefully selected wood to coax out subtle flavour and wonderful complexity. A delight to discover!
