Whisky No2

This is our second whisky in a series of small batch releases. A triple cask, four year single grain whisky made of local Quebec corn. Matured in new American white oak and finished with a combination of ex rye and Sauternes casks. The carefully selected wood coax out subtle flavour and wonderful complexity. A delight to discover! Only 2300 bottles available.

Pick up from the distillery only.
Orders can be picked up  Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 11am to 3pm. Please note we’re closed Dec 23 to Jan 4.
